Att: Telstra Users - Westpac Error

Hello to any australian Telstra subscribers that also use Westpac WAP banking. I use a gprs connection on my 6230 to connect to mobile internet. All sites appear to work fine (admittedly slower than previously on my 6310!) however when I try to connect to the westpac link on the wap.telstra.com I get the error "No Server Access", and are then returned to the Shares & Banking Menu.

Has anyone out there successfully connected to the Westpac Banking site using a Nokia 6230? I've tried just about everything I can think of. I used to be able to do it on my 6310, but can't now.

Solutions would be appreciated.

Check your W@P settings, I think there is something wrong there, Re-Download them and then see what happens?

here in india wap setting are sent through sms! i send a request for wap setting they send the settings back to me and i can easily save it! you do it, if you follow the same there!

Yes, it's the same case in Singapore. Is that like that in Australia?

Thanks for the replys. Unfortunately I've already tried doing this about 4 times already using the links from the Nokia Website. Telstra's download settings do not include an option for the 6230, so i've also tried the 6220, but to no avail!

Can anyone who uses the 6230 to access the Westpac mobile internet site please list their settings. Thanks

i was going to suggest a security problem.. i heard some sites just won't allow you to visit them if your phone or network isn't upto the required security/encryption standards.
