I have taken a new post paid connection on 24 Aug 2004. my STD was activated on 25 Aug and again it is deactivated from 28 August 2004. Despite many request to the reliance web world the STD could not be restored. When talked to customer care people they say pay 727 and your STD will be restored within three hours.
My question is when I have taken post paid card then why these people are behaving weird..one of guy in customercare told me u r usage is more so you have to pay in money of calls made by me during the 3 -4 days when my STD was active. Is it logical...
One more thing there SMS does not go on most of the BSNL mobile phone...I am so much frustrated with there connection I thinking to surrender it...
Please BEWARE while thinking of Reliance mobile option....
