i have these details thought id share with you guys here goes:
How to unlock. E700
1. Make a note of the WAP/CONTACTS settings as these are lost when the lock is reset.
2. Remove Sim.
3. Turn phone on.
4. When it displays "Insert Sim" type in *2767*688#
5. Put sim back in and turn on.
