Pls Help me on my 7610

hEy guys, ive noticed that my 7610 has this problem. when im using efilemanager, i tried sending files via bluetooth but i got a message when i tried to send, it says"protected items cannot be sent. Send unprotected?" when i click yes, it says unable to send protected items. can any 1 pls help me on this? and 1 more thing, is there a way to surf web through my phone using my pc internet connection? Unable to send Nokia's original ringtones to others is not a problem, as Nokia recently did that on purpose so that phones would be unique with its original polyphonic ringtones, that sucks but true. The problem is you CAN'T send polyphonic ringtones by bluetooth, even if you used Seleq or efileManager, this problem was existed in the 6600 and now the 7610 !! :mad:

I did not know about this!! its possible to send Polyphonic tones with my 6610... i have a 7610 but havent tried it yet!!

It won't work. I tried with FExplorer as well.

You'll have to edit it from "Smooth Criminal.mid" to "Smooth Criminal.mip" or something

Then transfer to another phone or PC.

Then rename it back to "Smooth Criminal.mid" again

oh...but i tried sending installation files like .SIS files thru bluetooth but still...it say it cant send protected items...need help.......:eek:

the protection thing is really annoying... the only way around this is through renaming files to change the extension.

ironically enough, i got a 3650 and bluetooth'd all my old favourite ringtones (ie. space age, montuno, samba, espionage) to my 7610~
