redesigned 7700

anyone here anticipating the redesigned/remade Nokia 7700? i wasnt too excited about the 7700 due to it's ugly shape, but i really liked the screen. now that nokia got the hit, i can't wait to see what the next 7700 would look like. i'm perticularly excited about the screen size. If Nokia adds edge/3G, 1MP camera plus, BT/infra red.....and ofcourse a proper design(stylish PDA like), i will be the first in line to get my hands on the little bugger :)

I am DEFINATELY waiting and anticipating a series 90 device, what it will look like, and WHEN it will be here :)

therefore you have to wait untill 2Q 2005, they are planning a new series 90 phone, with large toughscreen, and for the masses like the say,...

the 7700 had some good features, but most new things won't be available before 2005, so why launch it now, and ratings showed this phone (7700) won't have large sales, so they cancelled...

Hopefully it will look somewhat like a "normal" phone.
And hopefully Nokia will put a keypad on it.

No, I don't think that a series 90 will include a keypad anymore. That's the idea of series 90, it's a touch screen PDAish phone with no keypad, you have to use the stylus just like i-mate and Qtek. So I don't expect a new series 90 phone with a keypad any sooner.
