Its pretty damned good.

This is coming from an owner of a 3650, a 7250i and a 7610.

As you can expect, 7610 > 3650 > 7250i.

... and another kickass feature is the whole Print @ Kodak thing where I can rack up to Kodak stores, whip out my cameraphone (7610), wirelessly link to the Kodak printing machine and send photos out.. sure they cost $1 per thingy, but then you can also apply it so that its 4 on one page and so on, which is alot cheaper than going to those passport photo places.

For a guy like me who can't tell the difference between decent and superb ... I'm going to say that the 7610's camera is excellent and makes me satisfied

I can tell the difference between my sister's 3.2MP digital camera and my dad's 2.3MP digital camera.

But I can't tell the difference between my dad's 2.3MP and my 1MP, and my 1MP has a phone lol :D

The PD-2 Camera Flash is a must-get, as I realized the more light you have the better the quality of the photo. But of course, natural light is the best :D

Excellent image quality considering it's a camera attached to a phone that small.

However, when capturing photos on the television, there will be a really bright glare coming from the screen that obstructs the details of the photo. Reason for taking a photo off television? Trying to take a pic of the guy running across the field during the EURO 2004 final match and then he finally dived(literally) into the Greek's goalpost in hopes of scoring for the Portugese. He also threw a Barcelona scarf into Figo's face :D :D :p

When you blow up your dad's 2.3MP and your 1MP shots on the computer screen, you will see the difference. Also when you try and print. 1 MP for a mobile is great but for a digicam its obsolete.

The pics are great for a camera phone, but does anyone know why the pics come out grainy and not so nice when you zoom in?
I mean the pics become really fuzzy.

You have insufficient lighting. If you add more artificial light, the quality of the photo will be better.

Natural lighting is the best of course.

I took a photo inside a shopping centre, and the quality was alright. I took it at Basic mode (640x480). Superb!

Actually after reading the review, Michael does say that the digital zoom is worthless. The review has pics that are pretty evident of that. I guess it's just a software problem.

^ it comes out quite alright when viewed on a phone though, not all phones u send photos to will be able to zoom in/out on photos.

... but i wish nokia had included the option to change the resolution of photos taken! i also don't like the lack of the potrait photo for photo call id.

Taking a photo at High Quality is 1152x864

If the picture looks grainy, you can resize it on a PC to 500x375 or so.

However, is there an app to resize pictures on the phone? Cause I want to "edit" them before sending them via Bluetooth and MMS :D
