The battery is strange

Whenever I turn my phone off my battery, instead of holding its charge even better infact speeds up the drainige and dies a lot quicker than when its just left turned on.

Anyone find a similar problem?

dont know if this is the same thing but whenever i turn my phone off and on i lose two bars from the battery..

But mine is different. Whenever I turn off my phone and turn it on again, the battery is full without charging...........:D
