Is there any way to change the font size on the 7610? My wife has a hard time reading her messages.

May I ask why you'd want to do that?

I'll admit, that I wanted to change the font size when I just got my 7610 (upgraded from 6600). However, as a week passed ... I started to accept the font size

You might experience the same. Who knows? :D

Perhaps a flash into the new English firmware from Nokia? If you have the thinnish font (asian models) then thats because its the Chinese font. If you look in the English manuals or on screenshots on the net, you'll see the English font is alot bigger and rounder (and generally easier on the eyes), in which case you may want to consider asking Nokia to reflash it if thats the case.

To check; type *#0000# and if it has ".ch" on the end of your version number, then its the Chinese model.

yer...and another problem with some accented characters...it gives it a BIG space and yer..i try to make my contact names look nice and its not werkin

dis is gunna sound really stoopid...i see lil dust in my screen grRRR it really annoys me! :mad: so anyone have ways of gettin it cleaned? i tried tissues but that jus mad it worse...my pouch is pretty good though!

If you've got one of the cloths you get from SE, then use that. If not then use anything silky. And if all else fails, blow...

did u open ur cover? *ouch* i hate it when that happens.. once u've opened it it'll forever get dustier and dustier.. and u'll have to keep cleaning it.

i usually use the lens cleaner from glasses~ you can get them quite cheap from most optometrist (around $1?)... they are static or something and can pick up the dust crap off the screen.

Isn't it difficult to press the "9" key esp. when you're a heavy texter? Coz I think the 7610 is too wide.
