on my phone i have this stupid one2free stuff on it. some phone company i guess. who knows how to get rid of it?

Other than changing your theme (if they have it set to a branded one), I'm sure you're referencing the startup 'welcome note or logo'.... you can change this under Settings > Phone > General.
