Hutch is simply the best...
Please refer to the thread Airtel - India for the review of All the network service providers in Karnataka. The best the worst and everything. Its a must read for every Mobile user in India.. Because Hutch i guess is the future.. They also have joined hands with Nokia.. They are gonna provide EDGE network etc
Hutch users please continue to use Hutch and dont even think of any other service provider.
:p :D

All the network providers are *evil* from my prespective. Because I have never felt that one of them is perfect there is always problem with one or the other! But I have been using Hutch the most because of its advanced features.

Hutch is simply the best...
again LOL:D
i use hutch, and i agree its very good, but theres a better Hutch than "U & I" have, and that sucks.
how come in the south the tarrifs(even in pre paids) are absurdaly low?????
free local , std sms in prepaid, isd rs 2, local calls rs 1.
and up here in north, hutch seems to think its RICHSVILLLE, so charges exorbitantly.
so hutch is not the best but the whole of SOuth India is:D

Some one on this thread said hutch is excellent. I don't think so.
I am using Hutch service. I am not commenting about the connections. I am talking about the customer service they provide over phone was pathtic. Customer care people give you the answers like go & meet where you purchased the connection. I didn't understand why they are sitting in the customer care if the customer has to go & meet where they bought the connection.
Regards
Kish
hutch is better than airtel in some regions,
my nokia phone seems to work better
with hutch than airtel. which phone
company like nokia is hutch better
with in your opinion.

Well friends, I wont be able comment on the quality of service ofered by Hutch, as I have been using Airtel 4m the past 3 yeaars in Pune (no Hutch in Pune you see  ).
Let me be frank, I have had good times and bad times too with Airtel. But all in all I'm too happy with the services offered.
For e.g., I had a conversion from pre-paid to post-paid (same no.) in less than half a day, although they said it would take arround 4 working days.
Also the Masala service offered has free news streaming, that too at real time! And a lot more if you just want to download.

Talking about roming on a Hutch network... once while roaming on Airtel in Gugrat (I had visited a remote village there) I had to select Hutch as Airtel was not available & I could not make any outgoing calls as Hutch refused to grant me the facility
But on shifting to Idea the outgoing calls were available...
