View Full Version : Discussion About Downloading N-gage Games/Warez Is Banned
I don't want to see any more discussion about downloading N-gage games or how to play them on other S60 devices since it is clearly an illegal practice. Consider your account deleted if I find you doing so. This also applies to general warez or cracks.
This applies to a small minority and I would appreciate if the others could please report any posts about this.
Thanks
Sid
at least!
thank you!

Yeah, I figured someone would step-in sooner or later, which is why I was deliberately initially very skeptical about saying anything about where to get them (I mean it's pretty obvious).
Anyway, thanks for the heads-up.

If someone is smart enough to use these forums, he should not be dumb enough to ask for them. Everyone knows where to get em. err.... I mean the game store :D. Cheers to your effort sid!

Because talking about it will eventually mean the board gets targetted as being a site which encourages this sort of behaviour which means it gets taken down.
If you know where to get it from, keep it to yourself... then everyone's happy.

So, murder, rape, terrorism, theft, etc, are completely acceptable because they "r still done". Right. </sarcasm>

You can justify anything you want to nowadays so it makes no difference...
Just so the point is clear - we don't talk about illegal downloading, even if you do it yourself - what we don't know can't hurt you.

After visiting this site quite a bit, the target audience is definitely not the 'pirates' or 'little kids with warez', but rather a more sophisticated person who enjoys being well informed and reading proper English. This isn't just limited to the forum rules, but also can be seen in the way the reviews and news is presented, and also the 'high standards' expected of news submissions to MobileBurn.
That's just my view- and I think it suits me because I personally hate reading sites which are full of incomprehensible garbage muttered.

I think there is a lock on the MMCs to prevent that being done but I'm not sure breaking the lock/running cracked games if you own them is actually illegal or not. It's a bit of a funny one, guess it's best if people do it to just keep it to themselves.

well i would say there is no problem wit sending illegal links for downloads as this would let the manufacturer find fau;lts and would help them gettin updates and and p2p will always be there

Well, whilst that's your opinion, in this case, it's not your call, and we're not going to post or talk about illegal links/games here.
