Best way to transfer data from 7110 to T610

I will upgrading my Nokia 7110 to a SE T610, which is the best way to transfer all the data from one to the next?

If you have the ability to sync your 7110 with MS Outlook, that would be the best way - at least for the contacts.

Otherwise you can always write the contacts to the SIM card and read them into the T610 that way, but they won't be well organized.
