Ummm..

Ipod mini.

Super looks, 4GB( I think) and nice UI/Screen.

Or the creative MuVo.

I also have a Rio Sport. Which is really durable and comes with 64MB on board but it is MMS expandable. It has a great screen (backlit), is nice and small, made of wierd squishy rubber, has an FM radio and err a stopwatch. I really like mine. Great sound quality too. Oh and its CHEAP!
Bought mine from Bestbuy or something for $99

Er isn't the ipod mini having problems with the sound quality? :). Try iRiver. http://www.iriveramerica.com/products/flash.aspx All the models play mp3 and wma files, and some even support ogg.

Is it? I never knew. I read a review on it and the only fault they had was the rather steep price in relation to regular Ipods.

the iRiver is really cool too, dunno why I forgot to mention it.:)

Thanks for your help people!

The iRivers look good! WMA is guess is a big thing since all my music is WMA format. That rules out the ipod. The iriver is smaller which is good.

A friend of mine is going Hong Kong and China tomorrow, so i'll get something from there probably

I've got a wonderful little Swedish mp3-player called Jens of Sweden Mp 110 and the company has a new player out now called mp 130 and it looks really nice. 128,256 or 512 mb and built in fm-radio...and it supports mp3, wma, ogg and asf.

check out their web-site:

iAudio M3. I just bought one after considering the ipod's, rio's, creative's, and Iriver's. I have been a long time user of the MD format, but got sick of constantly making new MD's and having a limited amount of ongs on any one disc. This player is the perfect upgrade - 20GB of WMA, MP3, OGG, and WAV music, plus the ability to connect it to any computer as an external storage device. Not only is it very thin, but it is light, and has a LCD remote control, a must for me. Sound quality is pretty good too.

Hey. Went to go see it the other day, and it's SO huge. I really don't think it can be fitted into a pocket. In pictures like looks pretty small, but believe me it's not.

well most pvp players are not pocket sized, its portable sized remember?...im prepared for the size, all pvp palyers infact dont fit in, unless its the flash drive kind where there isnt any built in memory, i got pouch ready for it so im happy. would be to risky to scratch the screen anyway if i put it in my pocket..i never wanted to anywayz.

the archos was one of my top options but none available in singapore and waaaaay to expensive because it has the video capture attachment which i dotn need as im getting a digi cam soon. and i didnt like the shape of the buttons, it was like in a wierd position. my main reason for picking the joycoder is cause it was available in singapore, ive never bought online and didnt wana start cause its too risky. im sure ill be happy with it. i mean for the same price of 587 im getting a 20gb player that plays mp3s,wmas,movies, and acts as a tv movie recorder, whereas for 539 in aus u only can buy a 20gb ipod. so even if the video part sux im only wasting about 38bux on teh video part..im quite satisfied with the joycoder.

Thanks for your replies everyone!

I've checked them all out and came up with my shortlist

1) iPod Mini 4gb
2) Cowon iAudion 4 (512mg)
3) iRiver igp-100 (1.5gb)
4) Pansonic SV-SD80

Considering price and reviews, i'll proably go for (3). Although it is big, the price is decent £125 and it has had great reviews! :D
