I don't know about Dubai or Singapore, but here in Thailand units are currently being moved to distributors for imminent release, probably this or next week. (Likely next week as the N-Gage QD is this week.)

it's out in SG as parallel imports stream in at exoribtant prices :)

The official price here is 21,900 Baht (SG$919 at today's exchange rate) but usually available for less. We don't often have parallel imports since that reduces profits for the prime minister's mobile phone business...
