I just wondered what people had managed to do with the series 40 phones and video compression into 3GP format. I have been playing a lot with my 6230 and trying to get some videos on there - I now have Outkast's Hey Ya music video and the last episode of Friends which is kinda cool.

Anyway I set the resolution to 128 x 96 (the screen won't do higher anyway) and the audio is AMR-LB, but I was wondering if there is a better format for audio, because this one only allows for 8kHz, which sounds like its playing underwater. There are other formats like AAC-LC but the phone can't play this back. Will it support AMR-WB (wide-band)?

Does anyone have any ideas?

P.S. I would upload what I've managed to compress but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to, so if Sid or Michael could let me know if I could pop a short clip (15 seconds or so) of a music video or a Friends episode and it's not in violation of anything then I'll do it.
