Can the Nokia bluetooth headset be used on PC?

i dont know if this is the right place to ask this question but is it possible to use bluetooth headsets with computers??? eg. the nokia bluetooth headset??

Any Bluetooth headset can be used with a PC if you have the right Bluetooth adapter for your PC.

Not all of them support the Audio Gateway/Headset profiles.

The Penblue Bluetooth dongle allows this. I can route my 6230 through my PC if I want (not that I have any need to) and you can play the MP3 player through the PC's speakers as well. It's a good adaptor and not that expensive and it also has up to 40m range.

is that only possible with that adaptor? do u think other bluetooth dongles can do that.

I suspect others can but the only one I know of and use is the Penblue one. Most of the cheaper generic ones won't let you use it and most Bluetooth built-into laptops and desktop won't offer the headset profile either.
