Does anyone know how to get this working? I have tried holding down the * key as the manual suggests, but nothing happens!!

This makes it impossible to enter ANY text on the phone! - ONLY Numbers.:mad:

I'm certain that you are doing something incorrectly.

I don't have a Mio handy to figure it out for you, though.

Did you try contacting the company?
