T630 vs. Z600

My current phone is the SE T630.
I am thinking of bying the Z600...does anyone know witch phone is best?? (screen, camera)

I believe that the T630 has a better screen, because it's has a TFT display while the z600 has a TFD. (unsure...)

From what ive heard, and this may not be true, but the T630's screen is slightly better because the screen is actually smaller, so the pixels are closer together. The camera is the exact same (CIF, largest 288x352)
