How do you find LG phones? Is it worth it? Complaints? Praises? Coz I'm interested to buy a flip phone, either Samsung or LG. I've looked around and found out that LG is more affordable. But if it's really that bad, maybe I'll buy Samsung. Do not recommend Sony Ericsson coz I want to try out other brands.

You mean Sharp? I've never seen a Sharp mobile phone here. Yeah, maybe I'll also consider Motorola.

I have an LG 7100. Really nice phone. Exclusive, you don't see that many. Would take it over a Samsung every time.

I would say sharp make the best flip phones in gsm network and secondly motorola.
I would recommed sharp gx20/22 and sharp 30/32 (differs how much money you are going to spend) and motorola v500/v525 or motorola v600 (again differs how much money you are going to spend).
But if you are willing to try a different style from clamshell type phones i would get a Sony Ericsson k700.

In Australia, both LG and Samsung have a poor name. One of the largest electrical retailers (Retravision) will not carry LG products because of their lack of reliability. And both LG and Samsung have a woeful reputation when it comes to spare parts. Don't believe me? Ask anyone who's had to get their LG/Samsung fixed. Or check out www.notgoodenough.org or epinions.com. Some of the stories are frightening.
