t68i broken, need help!!

I don't know what happened with my t68i, suddenly it just won't work. I am able to start with it as usual, but the keypad won't response at all. Even I could not turn off the device. But I the phone still capable of accepting call, but when I want to answer by clicking yes, the keypad stuck.
Can somebody please tell me what happen with my phone and how to handle it. Is it because my memory is full? Or is it the ic of the phone broken or what?

yes, the joystick doesn't work too. i really don't know what happen. i've go to se service centre, they also told me that they doesn't know what happened to my phone and that they should check it first. and it take several days. and just for the checking, it will cost around $7 (i've already converted it) and it is not with the spare part cost. so i rather take it home first and ask any opinion from all of you.

I had similar problems with my T68i, the problem with mine was dust behind the keypad. They seem to have problems with this as i am not the only one i know who has had this problem!
