Nokia 6820 - Master Reset

I have a Nokia 6820 and I am looking for a way to clear out all of the Connection Settings profiles. All the empty profiles have been filled up with settings that have been OTA'd from carrier sites. The settings that have been sent from web sites are locked on the handset. I need to find a way to erase them or just wipe the phone clean including the connection settings. I know some nokia's have a keypad code to do the master reset. Does anyone know if the 6820 has a special code or any other way to remove the settings. Nokia said I would have to send the phone in or find a service center to have someone clear the handset.

Cant you delete them indivisually?

I could if I entered the connection settings manually, but since they were sent from a web site like Nokia.com. The phone gets updated automatically and the profiles are then locked and can't be edited or deleted.
