Hi everyone,

I heard from my friend that the K700 is in the midst of being tweaked by SE even as we speak to boost its memory and include an MMC slot! Can anyone verify or slam this rumour?

If true, I think I already know what's my next upgrade going to be after my T630 :D

It's going to be reworked this early before release??

I doubt they would delay the K700 the month before its release. If they are retooling the K700 it would probably be for a K730 or some sort of upgraded model. The K700 needs to be out ASAP since SE needs to compete with the V600 and 6230 in the high-end market.

sorry guys, am in a rush so lazyly i havent read the other threads, but...
can anyone give me an exact date for release of the k 700 in the uk,
and roughly how much it will cost, cheers guys my p900 is crackin me nut so i need somethin smaller and more practical...

Met a friend of a friend yesterday who works for a company in conjunction with Orange. He said they write help files for SE phones and test the phones as well..
He had a K700 on him and said he had a few Nokia 7610's at the office.

I had a play with the K700 in the park taking pictures ..

It was a little flimsy. Really light, but if I had a choice between a k700 and a Nokia 6230 (which I already have) I would pick the K700. What an awesome screen and camera.. I was gobsmacked.

Will have to wait for ages to get my new phone..

mmm... I think that you're pertaining to the F700 and not the K700?

On release I would expect K700 price be reduced and it become the youth-targeted phone eldar first envisaged also. K9xx I mentioned earlier is still developing, but not this year.
