It's the new technology for CDMA, like UMTS is for GSM

Simply put, it uses the CDMA version of 3G. The UK uses the GSM version of 3G.

that site is for 3g news about all networks/phones across the world; not just the uk.

checked the link and besides the phone in the first picture it says only in korea. but it is a very, very nice phone.
