Megapixel camera phones

i was wondering whether there is any phone out in the market which has 1 megapixel or higher camera with a high memory.

is there any phone of that sort manufactured by NOKIA, SAMSUNG, SONY ERICSSON OR MOTOROLA.

PLZ NOTE- phone has to be out in the market

Not to my knowledge. 7610 in another month or so though.

7610 is a wannebee phone. i will no refere to the pics taken with the phone here on this site, cause its still a proto. but i've seen it for my self, and it looks very strange, and a symbian phone without a touch screen is abit lame.

there is the sharp GX30 that one is already out with a 1.3mp cam.
but i would advise to wait for better ones
