Transfer ringtones

How can i transfer ringtones and pictures ive downloaded onto my t630?

al;so can i transfer all pictures on my pc or only some formats, or is it only those created/edited in the SE software cd image editor?

you can transfer them by IR, BT or cable

pic formats mainly gif, jpg, bmp, wbmp, raw...
don't know if others are supported as well
