Go to www.sonyericsson.com/k700
Click thru to features | organiser
Now note that there is 'Calendar' under the heading 'Organiser'
And there is also 'Events calendar' under the heading 'More organizer features'
'Read More' about 'Calendar' and you 'learn' that the calendar is fully functional for 'appointments' and "SOME Sony Ericsson phones have an events calendar. This is a list of events and reminders. A calendar in your phone never lets you forget."!
SOME?!
Clicking 'Events Calendar' under 'More organizer features' you'll read that "Events calendar [is] a simple calendar viewed as a list. Enter event date, time and reminder. The events calendar will remind you when something is due."
Which phones? The K700? So what exactly is the events calendar? How does it differ to the ordinary calendar? Could this be the missing all-day events that never synchronised to our SE bluetooth mobiles in the past? I hope so.
How will this events calendar integrate with the ordinary calendar? How will it synch with the Mac/PC (if at all)? Will 'events' be visible in the calendar's month view?
Speculation, theories and cold hard facts most welcome...
