Yo,
i posted a forum earlier saying i had bought the T630 thanks to the good guy Bart on this site.
I've seen pics for both the black and white housing on the net and the white looks much better and black looks kidna crap to me.
However, my mate has a T610 and that is the black housing and it looks alright. I was thinking maybe the phhones look diffeent in photos and in real life.
Overall, what do you guys think looks better?
I own the white one. Just to inform you, it doesn't get dirty very easily. It really depends on you whether you like the black or the white one...
I've seen the black one in real life, I must say that it looks quite good also. I liked the gray-ish keypad.
However, no matter which one you choose, you will end up liking the other color since it is more "fresh" to you.
Anyhow, if you are tired seeing your phone in a color, just get a housing off the net, and voila!

are the black ones available without the T-mobile logo though? All of the ones I've seen for sale on the net so far have had the logo

The ones they sell here are T-mobile-logo free.

I have the white one and after a few weeks, mine gets dirty but it's not too obvious from the naked eye. I wipe with it with tissue and alcohol (I tried car wax/polish, Meguire's, once).

I have bought a white version...But I would have prefered the black colour. BUt it was not available in malaysia back then.

i had exactly the same problem but i discovered that i was only able to get it in black after all. (which is good cos i preferred black) and i am VERY happy with black. it looks super sleek and classy

Not sure if you care now or not....but in my search for a new phone, I've been looking at accessories and found cellularfactory.com to have a great variety of faceplates for the T630....
I can't speak for their quality though since I was just looking and still haven't made the commitment to the t630 or z600 (my 2 picks).....

I too own a white T630, and yes, it doesn't get dirty or scratched easily. Even if it gets scratched, I reckon it'll be less noticable as per compared to the liquid black edition

Maybe in the future, there will be black housings sold as an accessory so next time when I get fed up with my white one, I can just change the housing :)

Hey. They're selling that here! :) SG$60 or P900. Pretty expensive
Just buy the black one, it is cheaper than changing the housing. if there isn't one in your country then..... hmmm...... wait for it.

R u sure you got the conversion right? Shouldn't it be P1,900?! :)
I haven't seen any black housings here but I'm sure they'll have it anytime soon.
SE Philippines has released a limited edition Spiderman 2 in the T610, T630, Z200 and Z600. These include games, wallpapers and themes. For the Z600, there's a Spiderman housing (re: the interchangeable cover thingy). Cool, eh? :cool:

I have the T630 in black but need to buy new housing cos i scratched the screen. and on EbayUK i found all sorts of crazy housing colours and they seem to all be for the T630! so this thread should no longer be limited to discussing the merits of just black and white. check these out.

Oh man, the blue one looks the best. But does it come with a blue keypad? Or would you have to use the orig. white or black one? It'll look a bit odd with that on...
