It keeps dialling into the internet every time I open it.

T-Mobile have said I need to take it to carphone warehouse for them to fix the software problem.

Anyone else had this problem?

It connects to the internet when you open it? Strange, havent had that problme with mine. Perhaps when you open the phone, you accidently press the internet button? Just a thought.

No I thought I was accidently hitting a button so I opened it by the edge and it still tries to conect. T-Mobile say there is a sftware problem and to take it to carphoneware house for them to deal with it,

Consider yourself lucky. At least it's not dialling one of those premium "service" lines.

i had the same problem with a customer on tmobile uk with a t610 in my store. Periodically every 10 seconds it would connect via wap costing the customer each time. Tmobile would not pay out and said the customer was liable. The customer threatened them with court and they paid it. Very very strange how it connected every 10 secs but her bill was huge im talking £400 big.

400£ thats a new record! a few days ago somebody said his bill was like 590euro but this one tops it.

I've spoken to TMobile they say for me to take it to Carphonewarehouse where they have a repair centre. Lucky for me my bill wasn't to high because of it.

They also told me to disable it
