Samsung D410 Killer Screen

What a screen on this phone. Geez, it makes a Samsung E700 look Monochrome! Add 64 chord polys and 10mb memory and the usual VGA camera you got yourself an amazing phone!

So what do you guys think of it.

I think it's basically just an E700 in disguise, the E700 had a very good 65K colour screen (do you actually think you can see much more detail on a 262K colour screen - it's only 4 times more colours, 4K to 65K perhaps is noticeable...). The E700 packed 9mb RAM, 1mb more isn't a big deal especially on a VGA camera which both models sport.

Personally, I'd wait for the D710, that's a lot more worth it, then you have a nice slider phone powered by Symbian (and therefore by definition it has a nicer, higher resolution display - 220 x 176).

You know I'm a sucker for the Symbian OS...

Yeah me too, but itll cost loads! Symbian, 1MP cam, and no bluetooth. May as well get 7610.
