nokia 6280 radio not allowed

Hello,
I have a Nokia 6280 and when I tried to listen the radio there is message "not allowed". And I can not start the camera. Please help me.

sounds like the ribbon flex has gone & needs replacing, go down to your local nokia repair centre & ask them, then ask your local mobile phone shops for a quote, this should not cost more than £12

first u have to insert hands free proper manner, bcoz i had the same problem..
i9nsert hands free proper manner thats enough..

They try restart(if its not work again contact dealer)
