Aircel Services Sucks..!!!

Hi... Guys..

Today i have been to aircel showroom (Himayatnagar, Hyderabad, India).. for getting a new postpaid connection as its launched couple of days back. THe CSR has spoken out really too bad..!! she was speaking to me as if aircel is not in need of customers So I personally advice you guys not to go for Aircel connection. There offers might be exicting you to go for it... but think 1000 times about their service.

Moreover, Mr.Singh of aircel said that they will be covering throughtout india by 2010. An advice to Mr. Singh, "Mr.Singh, your dream is too big but all the best for the same. Without good service representatives none of the service provider can survive in the market..!!!"

The most funny thing happened yesterday.. yes afternoon i called up aircel support n asked for the timings then the CSR said it is from 10-8:30 but when i hav been to the showroom they were closed by 8:00 only.

Well I am using Airtel and i believe that no one has the service like airtel..!!!

On the contrary, I had an encounter with a servicing guy from Aircel who went out of his way to explain me the tariffs and packages and got it activated on the same day, long after closing time, as I told him I need the connection urgently. I think there is no ‘all great servicing people’ and no ‘all bad servicing people’. Depends on who you run into.

Aircel is definitely expanding fast and is already in Delhi. It would be interesting to see how it can take a share of the market from the older players like Airtel and Vodafone. It will definitely have an edge on quality as the older players are chocking on bandwidth.

Hey, checked with their call center... their shops are open between 10 am to 8 pm everyday and not till 8.30 pm... Probably some miscommunication ..
