Hi could you please help me unlock my Nokia 7250i ( I think it's an i, it has a camera).

Serial is 351346/30/278437/8 if that helps
also another piece of info I have is NHL-4J
I don't know the provider it is locked to though, I traded my laptop for the phone but it seems to be locked. I may have been jibbed.
