something where I can call up and get info about my LG Rumour? I've got a little experience but not much, and reading the stupid manuals is really annoying. I'd love to find something that's not run by Sprint which seems to only give me the run around and sometimes are really hard to understand. I mean, I'm not stupid, but it would be nice to have someone with the know-how to talk me through setting my bluetooth stereo headphones to work with my phone. Anyone know of anything like that? Thanks much.:)

Type you exact query into google, it can't just be you having this issue. Theres loads of mobile sites, surely you could find something independent online

Try visiting dedicated forums. Howardforums has a dedicated LG forum and I'm sure a lot of other users will be able to help you.

In fact try a combination of all the above, Google will help you get the information, discussion sites should help you connect with other customers, you can maybe try calling their customer care as well.
