Go to the Nokia website, I think its on there somewhere, lol i cant remember where I downloaded it from. (a 29MB download)
You should know, though, that it is a ****LOAD of work [creating themes], and if you're on an older pc, you're going to hate yourself using it, because it relies heavily on Java and demands a lot of power.

I've created a couple myself, but I've never been able to do anything really nice. It takes a lot of imagination as well as image editing skill to pull off something nice.

The first few are the hardest cos you don't know what's going on but then it just gets tedious waiting for the program to respond as i only have 1gig processor.
