Hi All - can anyone help with this

I use the security code function on the phone when its not in use. When an incoming call arrives I only have the option to answer / silent or reject the call. There is no loudspeaker option - which it has if the phone is not locked at the time.

Does anyone else experience this? Can I adjust the setup? My firmware is V3.14..thanks

thanks for the reply, unfortunatley mine does not do this - UNLOCK is the only option, which you then unlock, * and then enter the code to get to the normal options of loudsp. etc.

It does this when locked with the security code - i guess its still good protection that stops others from getting into the phone even after taking a call - but it would be nice to have the option of going to loudspeaker without unlocking

yup, i just tried it.....

you can not go to the loudspeaker mode, you can answer and then unlock, and so forth...

when my bt headset is connected, i have these choices

1) answer using my bt answer key (sound is through BT headset)
2) reject call
3) select options on the phone (right key) and then select these:
a. headset- which is to answer call through the bt headset
b. answer- which through the normal speaker
c. reject call

its a pain, but i guess also consistent protection with the lock enabled. We cant have it all !
