If you're looking at getting an imaging phone, the 3650 is the most recent is it not? The camera will be better and some of the bugs will be worked out from the previous phones. As you've seen on the "rumours" sections there are other phones coming out. They even have 6600 which I'd say would be worth the wait if the price is right.

3650 if you want a camera. The MMC, blue tooth, video camera mode. You get used to the dial pad (It's not that different from the old rotary phones we used to use (am I dating myself?)).
