Hi all,
Was wondering whether i should get the HBH-35 or the Bluespoon Chameleon? There's only AUD50 difference. I am leaning towards the Bluespoon because it is smaller and seems like better value for money.
Can anyone comment on these two headsets?
TIA

We just posted the HBH-35 review:

Sean is currently doing the Chameleon review. Unfortunately he probably won't have a HBH-35 to compare.
Though, if anybody has a spare HBH-35.. feel free to send it over :)
Though.. I could compare it to a HBH-30 for audio quality.

So much has happened. :(
I bought the Chameleon but I found it very disappointing.
Firstly it wasn't as comfortable than the HBH-60 and the HBH-30. (I used to have a HBH-30 before it packed in). I found the spring slightly too agressive for my liking.
People found that I was very soft and 'distant'. It got worse in the car to the point that people would hang up on me from the frustration. I sought a refund complaining of this (to the surprise of the dealer). I dunno maybe I just bought a very bad batch.
Now, I have bought an HBH-60. I wish i would be happy with it - but people on the other end of the call would hear and echo of their voice. On my side it was perfect, but they found the echo okay in the beginning and incredibly annoying at the end.
I've replaced the HBH-60 for a new one and I am STILL getting the echo. Which means that it's either the t610's implementation of bluey is really poor - or it is desperately seeking a firmware upgrade (Mine's R1L, R3? ain't available in Australia yet.).
Don't know what to do. I am very disappointed with this - I am just thinking of getting a refund and using a wired one now :(

I occasionally get people complaining of echo on my HBH-60, but it is almost exclusively from people that are on the same mobile network as I am (T-Mobile USA).
People on land lines and other networks never seem to notice, or at least don't bother to mention it.

Actually - now that youve mentioned it. They are pretty much all from the same network (Voda AUS).
Oh well - i've gone from a Chameleon, to 2 HBH-60s, and now to the simple SE wired handsfree. Out of all of them - i found that the wired handsfree the best. I am so disappointed :(
