motorola going to stop selling phones?

is this true? i've heard from a couple people that they got bought out to a company from india so they are going to stop manufacturing phones is it true?

dont know yet if they're going to stop sellin phones... but yeah, it's true that moto just broke off their "mobile phone" division into a separate entity. And that they're looking for another company to partner it with. The massive layoffs we've been hearing about since last year are all true. They're in dire straits right now... they really need a 'bestselling phone' now, and they need it fast.
