View Full Version : Major 6220 Problem!!! HHHEEELLLPPP!!

i just got a 2x6220s and 1 was fine but the other is not... when i try to configure the gprs settings.. i cannot "edit active service settings" under "connection settings" .. it comes up as "view active service settings" . and there are not "empty" slots for me to add new settings... the phone has got all those singapore operators and i cannot edit or add anything else.... does anybody know how to fix this????

doesnt work!!!:( thats just restoring factory settings..

Maybe you have to unlock it!? Possibly it was meant for use in Singapore only!? Wierd.:confused:

They don't lock phones in s'pore...well not that I know of.

its pretty weird.. its got 7 of the same network GPRS settings and they are all the same and i cant edit any of them...

7 of the same settings?? Gee, the person who used it before was probably a little dim...Have you tried to go a nokia care centre or have you called your network?

yeah... i called up both nokia and vodafone.. and both are totally useless... if they put me in their place i would know more!!!

another wierd thing is that when i went to nokia.com to send the settings directly to my phone, the phone rejects them without even asking.. it says "Failed to save Service Settings" ... this phone is crazy...
