That depends on what connection you're using man. Bluetooth won't doo any good if you want fast and reliable connection but if you're using usb cable it's pretty fast. I mean if you want to download a 1 or more GB file onto or from your phone it will take some time... But music or pictures aren't big in size. It'll take about one minute for you to transfer a song with 5MB size.

Barcode scanner... Had it on my phone. Useless thing))) Claimed to read the barcodes on the products, but it never did. I tried all the angles and still nothing. And most of all i even don't get what is the use of this program.

Don't forget the barcode scanner doesn't read barcodes like you'd find on products in shops. It reads 2d barcodes.

so its useless in other words? and what items would have 2D barcodes on them?

Almost useless. I've never seen a 2d barcode in print, but you get them on a few websites and there was a music video a while ago that had them in. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barcode

Codes are being used more and more i.e. in magazines to get more info about an article, or in estate agents for more info on properties etc. Admittedly they are few and far between in the public eye but there is potential for them to be useful if more widely adopted...
