New MobileBurn Business Card Design

Hi Guys,

I am working on new business cards and I thought I would solicit some input from you folks.

One of the things I am tossing around is a new logo, replacing the one of the phone in the fire with the X in front. That seems to not come across well for a lot of people.

So anyway, here is the version of the card with the old logo:

If you are interested in messing around with it yourself in Photoshop, here is the Photoshop 7 PSD file. Keep in mind, I am *not* going to change the color scheme of the site or the overall layout/look. The only thing I am looking for is potentially another logo to fit into the existing scheme. That means black line-art on a solid white or yellow field.

The font being used is Eurostile.

I think I will also likely replace the phone with something more generic looking, since that one is obviously a T68i (thanks to Luis from ClubSonyEricsson....).

I don't think I want to hand a card to a Nokia rep if it has a SE device on it.

Try having rotating logos with different phones featured on them

That's even worse than just leaving it as a T68i.

Anyway, Michael, did you design these logos yourself? They look really good! I like the second design more than the first one

No, Luis from ClubSonyEricsson did the original logo (top), and a friend of mine did the variation on the second one based on the parts Luis had created.

u can't free ur mind with a 'generic looking' phone nowadays.... we just couldn't... every looks of a phone shouldbe were used.
y not try using the first generation handphones... those from motorola.... big as thermos... but grandfather they are. anyon from SE or Nokia would have respect that phone.... jus dun put the M logo there... i mean Motorola's.. Mobileburn is fine
