help with NSS

hi there, has anyone ever had a problem with NSS?

it was workin fine a few days ago, then suddenly it wont read the product code of an n95. So I tried it with another n95, and another cable, still wont read the pcode. I then tried it with a n95-8gb, n82, n80, n73, 6120c ...still nothing, yet it could read all those before.

any suggestions what I should do next? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, still nothing.

To fix this you need to uninstall all the Nokia software on your PC - they made the most recent USB drivers incompatible with NSS. Once you've done that install an old version of the PC suite with the computer offline, and NSS will work fine. Had to do the same to debrand my N95 8GB a couple of weeks back.

If you're on Vista then there may be other problems, which I can't help you with.
