Just wondering if anyone is having a problem where the flash on the K850i goes off too early causing a dark image in dark lighting conditions.
I ask this because I've spoken with a few O2 stores today that are starting to see returns coming back beacuse of this.

i had this problem for the first few days until i discovered what the problem is. When taking a photo your finger naturally sits close to the flash, l.e.d light and the small sensor (i think thats what it is). when taking a photo keep your fingers well away from the flash etc, very bad design. My photos are fine now

I have the same problem and I'm not covering the light sensor or the flash.
I also have bad quality on the pictures in general and miss my K800i :(

I've only experienced low light when I cover the flash, the camera hangs abit when you try and quit from it sometimes, somethign I put down ot a firmware flaw which will hopefully be ironed out soon.
In general the camera's great comapred to other phones of similar spec

I experienced the same problem as yours, just get rid of the thin plastic covering as it affects the sensor...,
Hope it helps
Cheers
