6120 - altering the ringer time?

Hi all :wave:

Bit of a n00b here, but I got myself the 6120 today and was wondering if there is anyway to alter the lenght of the ringer before it clicks to voicemail?

I've been through the menus twice and can't see anything :confused:

At present it rings for 20 seconds before going to voicemail, do you know if this 20 can be altered to a greater figure?

this is a network setting. get in touch with their support.

What you're after is possible but it's a network setting, not a phone setting. Give your provider's customer care a call and ask them about it. As an example VF AU can be set from 5 to 25 seconds before it cuts over, and in 5 second incriments (i.e. 5, 10, 15, 20, 25).
