Next Megapixel Phone

What will the next megapixel phone be and when will it actually be released? Nokia, Moto, SE and Samsung have all announced them. Will any of them actually be around soon?

I tihnk the Nokia will be next. Though, the MPX100 and the others arent that far off... too far off for osme of us though :)
