sending file from pc to phone

i have an infrared port on my pc but i have no idea how to send files(pics/ringtones) to my handphone(mitsubishi m330),

can anyone enlighten me? thanks alot!

What OS do you have? I have Windows 2000, and all I do is turn on my infra red on my pc and phone, place them both next to each other and the pc automatically senses the infra red port on my phone and connects. Up pops a icon on the desktop (Wireless Link) and away I go!!!!:)
