My cousing will be here in a month. Can he get his phone unlocked so that he can use an Indian sim? by at&t...

in my experience unlock codes are the very best method to unlock your phones, i used codes from
http://www.mobile-unlocker.com/ to unlock my nokia phones because they are easier and fastest way and the crux is that it doesn't need any esoteric prior technical expertise
