Bluespoon Digital and SX45i

I have Siemens SX45i. Can anyone tell me if I add a bluetooth CF card to it then can I use my Bluespoon with it to talk on calls. As its a very old piece I am not confident about it. And using the wired handsfree on the run is not acceptable by me anymore.
Which cf card would you suggest if the same is possible.
Hope some1 can answer my question.

if your sx45i does not support BT headset and handsfree profile you can not use any BT headset such as your bluespoon
