Sound volume and quality
Ease of use, (ie making a call in car at night, readibility of phone screen)
Battery life
Connectivity to laptop

Bells and whistles - low on list

I had a Nokia for 4 years, loved it ... simple free and Infrared connectivity to laptop to back-up phonebook, no cords to buy, free Nokia Suite software.

I've heard the battery life of the 6133 to be not so great, but everything else is pretty strong. That's my pick.
