Hi can someone tell me what os the w810i is running?
is it symbian ?

No, like all SE "dumb" phones it runs an OS called OSE from a Swedish company called Enea (www.enea.com). Both the company and the OS has its origin from Ericsson back in the 90's, but nowdays Enea is an independent company.
